Tart Cherry Juice Gummies

Naturally sweet and slightly tangy, these homemade gummies are packed with the anti-inflammatory benefits of tart cherry juice. Made with real fruit juice, gut friendly gelatin, and a touch of maple syrup, they’re a delicious and nutritious way to support sleep, recovery and overall wellness. Perfect for a quick snack or bedtime treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened, preferably organic)
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
  • 1– 2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Optional Add Ins
  • 1 tbsp collagen peptides
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Pour the tart cherry juice into a small saucepan. Add honey or maple syrup if desired, and stir to combine.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the juice and let it sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom. It will thicken and appear grainy.
  3. Heat the mixture on low, stirring constantly, until the gelatin completely dissolves. DO NOT BOIL. This process should take about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and optional vanilla extract once the gelatin has dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and carefully pour the liquid into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  6. Place the molds in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours or until the gummies are firm.
  7. Remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
