Raspberry Rose Overnight Oats
Creamy oats crafted with raspberries, fragrant rosewater and gluten free oats. Perfect for a snack on a busy day- this recipe combines convenience with nourishing, whole food ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp rosewater (a little goes a LONG way!)
- ½ cup raspberries
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a glass jar or container of choice.
- Stir well to combine, ensuring the oats are fully submerged in the liquid.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with more berries and anything else you’d like to add!
