Raspberry Rose Overnight Oats

Creamy oats crafted with raspberries, fragrant rosewater and gluten free oats. Perfect for a snack on a busy day- this recipe combines convenience with nourishing, whole food ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp rosewater (a little goes a LONG way!)
  • ½ cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a glass jar or container of choice.
  2. Stir well to combine, ensuring the oats are fully submerged in the liquid.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with more berries and anything else you’d like to add!
