Paleo Shamrock Shake

This creamy, minty shake is naturally sweetened and completely dairy free. A refreshing and healthy twist on the classic, it’s the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day while keeping your gut happy!


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 can coconut cream
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 2 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (I did almond milk) add more for desired consistency
  • ****feel free to add any other boosters or powders that you’d put in a normal protein smoothie. I added my creatine!

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding another date if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
