Birthday Cake Protein Smoothie
This creamy, protein packed smoothie tastes like a birthday in a glass- without gluten, refined sugar or dairy.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1 scoop/serving vanilla protein powder
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter (or almond butter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (key for that classic birthday cake taste!)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour (for thickness + cake texture)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon naturally colored sprinkles (optional, for fun!)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except sprinkles) to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and top with sprinkles for a fun birthday cake vibe.
