Birthday Cake Protein Smoothie

This creamy, protein packed smoothie tastes like a birthday in a glass- without gluten, refined sugar or dairy.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 scoop/serving vanilla protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (key for that classic birthday cake taste!)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour (for thickness + cake texture)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon naturally colored sprinkles (optional, for fun!)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except sprinkles) to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with sprinkles for a fun birthday cake vibe.
